  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day.

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 10-15 business days.
  • Expedited International Shipping: 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.
  • Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Order Processing

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Return an Item

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending your item back to us.
  3. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@kelayshop.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@kelayshop.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
